COMPUTATIONAL COMBUSTION

As part of CHT-04, a mini-symposium will be held on the state of the art for Computational Combustion research and applications. Internationally recognized experts will give invited talks, and contributed papers in this area are strongly encouraged.

The speakers and their topics will be:

The moderator will be Moshe Matalon, McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science, Northwestern University, USA.

We invite papers from individual contributors in these areas to be presented in a technical poster session. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Combustion in high speed flows and detonations Droplets and sprays
Fires Combustion dynamics and control
Flame-flow interaction Heterogeneous combustion (including porous media)
Combustion in engines Chemical kinetics
Turbulent combustion Pollutants in combustion
