OBJECTIVE

The goal of the symposium is to provide a forum for the exposure and exchange of ideas, methods and results in computational heat transfer. Papers on all aspects of computational heat transfer - both fundamental and applied - will be welcome. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:

biological heat transfer
boundary layer flow and heat transfer
combustion, fire modelling
computational methods in CHT
double diffusive convection
internal flow and heat transfer
micro and nanoscale heat transfer
radiative heat transfer
single and multiphase flow and heat transfer
solidification and melting
turbulent heat transfer, turbulence
      modelling
validation of computational solutions

A panel discussion on Verification and Validation and a mini-symposium on Computational Combustion are part of the programme, and contributed papers on these topics are especially invited.
